Switzerland: We deliver throughout Switzerland exactly where you want it. Is the delivery address different from the billing address? Then go to the delivery address you specified.

International: We are also happy to send you your desired items worldwide. Any customs duties are not included in the shipping costs and are payable by you.

Keep an eye on your parcel compartment 3 to 5 working days after your order. Unless otherwise stated in our offer, you will receive your furry friends within this period.

Deliveries outside Switzerland may take longer.

Zero, provided you order goods worth at least CHF 99. If the value of the goods is up to and including CHF 98.95, you pay a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 9.90 per order.

When the shipment does not reach youwe will check with Swiss Post and, if necessary, deliver a replacement free of charge.

If the Goods delivered to you damaged or does the packaging suggest that the goods are damaged? Then please send us a description and photographic documentation of the damage immediately.

If a product Obvious defects on? Please report this to us within 10 days of receipt of the delivery at the latest.

If a product has Hidden defectswhich you only notice later? Please report this to us immediately after discovering it during the warranty period. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period for hidden defects is 24 months from the date of delivery. Send the defective goods with a copy of the invoice to:
